hello there!

I am so happy you're here! I'm Sarah. I get to be lots of things in life...a wife, a mom, a dog mom, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a photographer. I also get to be me! A chips & salsa fanatic. Record player owner. Eric Church junkie. Cookbook collector. Vegetarian. Cyclist. Trader Joes shopper. Dog lover. Napper. Rainy day enthusiast. A little vintage. A little boho. Eats mustard on fries kind of girl. I love so many things about life.

How it all started...

My passion for photography grew after I did not have a photographer come into my home to photograph my newborn son. This was mostly from being overwhelmed with a baby and a toddler. I ended up with very few newborn pictures and even fewer of me with him. Guilt sunk in as the years went by. It's hard to remember just how tiny newborn diapers are or how adorable baby hand dimples look. I knew these moments were fleeting, but somehow thought I would remember it all.

But, I didn't.

One way I healed this regret was to use my photography education to start capturing our daily lives. I also didn't want to deny others what I wished I could have had myself. My love for lifestyle family photography was born.

I know many parents struggle to juggle the daily schedule of life and these tiny moments turn into years so quickly. Your gallery of photographs will remind you of what it felt like to be in that moment. Maybe it's newborn snuggles and tiny baby feet. Maybe it's the way your husband looks strong swinging your daughter in the air. It could just be remembering the way your son giggles when you tickle him. Either way, it's all important. I am here to help remember it.

xo, Sarah

P.S. Did I mention that I love chips & salsa? I could eat them every day. OK, I lied. I could eat them multiple times a day. Mild, hot, smoky, verde, restaurant style, chunky...You get the idea. I don't discriminate.

Very Happy!

“They are perfect and we love them so much. You have such an amazing talent and we are again very happy with your work.”
